Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Lead the assessment of current data environment, focusing on the Microsoft data stack (Azure, SQL Server). 📍Evaluate and address technical debt, ensuring a smooth consolidation process. 📍Architect and implement a robust SQL consolidation strategy. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 📍Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior data engineers and other team members. 📍Ensure that data integrity, security, and performance standards are met throughout the project.
Qualifications:
📍Extensive experience with Microsoft data technologies, including Azure and SQL Server. 📍Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale data consolidation projects. 📍Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database optimization. 📍Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 📍Experience with knowledge transfer and team mentorship. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
