Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCollaborating closely with the Billing team to continuously enhance billing logic for client billing and other related billing processes. šPropose and implement solutions to address billing issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence. šDesign and implement snowflake based engineering solution to help manage client billing at scale šInvestigate client queries related to billing data promptly and thoroughly. šAnalyze quality of data sets and check for gaps in data šMaintain billing peripheral systems manually to ensure accuracy šReview customer contracts and opportunities in Salesforce; Working closely with Sales and CMS to ensure the billing data in Salesforce is accurate and matched with the contract. šReview and validate data in Snowflake, Paradime and Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency. šConduct thorough manual data checks to identify discrepancies and anomalies. šSetup alerts for monitoring quality of billing datasets šCollaborate with analytics, product and other teams to understand the gaps related to data quality, find root causes & solutions to fix the gaps šAddressing the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommending solutions šIdentifying areas of improvement to achieve higher standard data quality

Required:
š8+ years of experience , min Bachelor's degree required šAdvanced Knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel preferred šAdvanced knowledge of SQL mandatory šAbility to review, analyze and manage large volumes of data šExcellent communication skills both written and verbal šOutstanding attention to details šAbility to work effectively in a team and independently šEnthusiastic about working in crypto space
