Job Summary
Core Responsibilities:
đź“ŤExecute purchase orders in alignment with company policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved supplier contracts and pricing. đź“ŤManage a high volume of purchasing requests with attention to detail, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. đź“ŤPartner with internal stakeholders to confirm specifications, timelines, and budget approvals prior to order placement. đź“ŤMaintain accurate records in procurement systems, ensuring transparency and audit readiness. đź“ŤCollaborate with strategic sourcing and category managers to support larger vendor initiatives and implement negotiated agreements. đź“ŤMonitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to delivery, quality, or service levels. đź“ŤIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve purchasing workflows, tools, and reporting processes. đź“ŤSupport supplier onboarding, data accuracy, and compliance documentation. đź“ŤAssist in tracking spend and preparing reports to inform category strategies and performance metrics.
Skills and Experience:
📍5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 📍Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle). 📍Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder support. 📍Working knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and contract compliance requirements. 📍Certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred but not required.
