Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
📍Technical Expertise: 📍5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems, particularly in Golang—experience with JavaScript is a plus Proven track record in building crypto wallets or blockchain-related products Deep understanding of both UTXO and Account models, state management, and consensus mechanisms Extensive experience in secure coding practices with a very strong understanding of security principles as they apply to blockchain and crypto wallet systems Familiarity with competitive technologies and cloud service setups 📍Leadership & Independence: 📍A self-driven, independent mindset with extreme ownership over your work and outcomes Thrive in an environment where you are empowered to take initiative and work autonomously without being micromanaged Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges 📍Customer Focus: 📍A user-centric approach to designing and launching high-quality products that fuel the growth of the crypto economy Proven ability to empathize with customer challenges and translate those insights into actionable development priorities
