Job Summary
Your mission will be:
šBuilding on distributed microservices that are accessed by over 10 million customers from nearly 50 countries. šBeing a thought leader, proposing continual improvement to the way we work, how we write code, how we automate manual work, continually shifting quality feedback left. šInfluencing our technology strategy and roadmap, sharing your knowledge and research. šDesigning, building, and maintaining advanced application services. šCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. šWriting testable, maintainable code for robustness and reliability. šBuilding attractive, easy-to-use mobile applications. šShaping your role to showcase the best you have to offer, getting involved in all hands, technical meetings of minds, and presenting to the wider community.
A little about you:
šExtensive experience in Kotlin, Material Design, and the performance of mobile applications. šUnderstanding the benefit of behaviour-driven development and how it supports delivering a great usability experience. šAbility to mentor, coach, and interview engineers. šReducing complexity, refactoring, and simplifying code and systems. šIntroducing processes to improve quality and efficiency. šKnowledge of security, vulnerability testing, and code inspection tools. šWillingness and ability to create technical documentation and technical design specifications. šA BSc/MSc/PhD in computer science or another technical discipline, or equivalent working experience. šYou have a continual growth mindset and are keen to collaborate, share knowledge, and ideas with others.
