Job Summary
For the Senior HW Maintenance Engineer position, we expect you to:
šInstall, maintain, and support HP/Dell servers and storage systems. šManage and configure servers, storage systems, VMware vSphere / ESXi, and other virtual environments. šMonitor and optimize system and storage performance to ensure efficiency and reliability. šSupport and maintain AI infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated servers, high-performance storage systems, high-speed networking, and software frameworks šImplement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. šTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues at the hardware and virtualization level. šCollaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve IT infrastructure issues. šEscalate and follow up on resolutions.
Requirements
šYour experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. šUniversity/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. š5+ years of proven hands-on experience with HP and Dell servers, as well as SAN/NAS storage systems. šHigh competency with IT hardware operation and maintenance. Ability to perform hardware repairs is a mandatory requirement. šFamiliar with Linux and Windows Server operating systems. šSolid understanding of backup solutions such as Veeam, Dell Data Protection, or equivalent platforms.
