Responsibilities

📍Lead and develop HR strategies and practices for a globally scaling organization 📍Develop and govern HR policies, procedures and guidelines, promoting consistency and fairness in their application- ensuring all local legislation is adhered to. 📍Act as a senior HR advisor to the management team, providing strategic and practical advice to optimize organizational structure and staffing. 📍Promote professional development of the organization by developing performance management strategies and training. 📍Encourage and strengthen organizational culture by collaborating with internal managers and advocating for good people practices to take place. 📍Support leaders and people managers across the organization to effectively manage their team- provide effective solutions for leadership development. 📍Develop workforce management strategies that help structure teams and help align with business objectives. 📍Lead and mentor a team of specialists for day to day HR services and further develop an effective business partnership model that meets internal stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

📍Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment. 📍Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to HR management. 📍Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with all levels of the organization and its international branches. 📍Experience in nurturing a motivational workplace culture that upholds the company’s values and mission.
