Responsibilities
šLead and develop HR strategies and practices for a globally scaling organization šDevelop and govern HR policies, procedures and guidelines, promoting consistency and fairness in their application- ensuring all local legislation is adhered to. šAct as a senior HR advisor to the management team, providing strategic and practical advice to optimize organizational structure and staffing. šPromote professional development of the organization by developing performance management strategies and training. šEncourage and strengthen organizational culture by collaborating with internal managers and advocating for good people practices to take place. šSupport leaders and people managers across the organization to effectively manage their team- provide effective solutions for leadership development. šDevelop workforce management strategies that help structure teams and help align with business objectives. šLead and mentor a team of specialists for day to day HR services and further develop an effective business partnership model that meets internal stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
šMinimum of 10 years of HR management experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment. šStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to HR management. šExcellent communication skills to effectively connect with all levels of the organization and its international branches. šExperience in nurturing a motivational workplace culture that upholds the companyās values and mission.
