Key Responsibilities

📍Supervision 📍Supervise and oversee the daily activities of security officers on-site, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards. 📍Provide clear and effective direction to security personnel, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment. • Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with security staff to communicate expectations, updates, and feedback. 📍Ensure all security operations at site are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of safety and security. 📍Assist in the training and onboarding of new security officers, and ensuring both new and existing security officers are well-versed in site-specific protocols and procedures. 📍Conduct checks on Security Camera Systems and security equipment to ensure that the assigned location’s equipment is fully functional. 📍Review and report activity from the review of Daily Activity Reports per SOP 📍Perform routine inspections of personnel to identify and address potential violations of CleanSpark SOP and Post Orders.

Qualifications

📍2 years of Management/Leadership experience in Security, Law enforcement, or military 📍4 years of Security experience, Law enforcement experience, or military experience   📍High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or related fields is a plus. 📍Proven experience as a security guard or in a related role. 📍Strong observational skills and attention to detail. 📍Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes. 📍Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, run and perform security duties for extended periods.
