Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. šDesign and implement new Salesforce processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. šEnsure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. šCustomize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization. šCreate and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permission sets. šProvide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and maximize Salesforce's potential. šStay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices. šHandle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent relevant experience. šMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce. šSalesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and ADM-211 are preferred. šProven ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption. šStrong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality. šExcellent data management skills. šAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. šAdvanced proficiency in English.
