Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Manage relationships with retail and corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. 📍Provide market insights, product education, and trading platform support. 📍Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 📍Assist clients with account setup, funding, and platform navigation. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. 📍Stay up-to-date with market trends, trading products, and regulatory changes. 📍Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs. 📍Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Requirements
📍Strong interest in financial markets and trading (CFDs, FX, commodities, indices). 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Fluency in English; additional languages (Afrikaans/Zulu) are a plus. 📍Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 📍Proactive, client-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude. 📍Previous experience in brokerage, trading, or financial services is advantageous.
