Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Design and implement high-performance, secure smart contracts on Solana using Rust and the Anchor framework. 📍Collaborate with protocol teams to develop new functionality and improve existing smart contracts. 📍Conduct code reviews and contribute to internal and external audits of smart contracts. 📍Build testing frameworks and CI pipelines for robust, high-assurance deployments. 📍Contribute to security-sensitive infrastructure such as validators, bridges, and oracles. 📍Work with internal and partner teams to identify design flaws or vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle. 📍Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in smart contract development.
Requirements:
📍2+ years of hands-on experience developing smart contracts, ideally in Rust and Solana. 📍Deep familiarity with Anchor and the Solana program model (PDAs, CPI, account constraints, etc.). 📍Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and common attack vectors. 📍Experience writing robust unit and integration tests using Solana/Anchor frameworks. 📍Comfort reviewing and debugging complex codebases. 📍Interest or background in secure systems design and adversarial threat modeling.
