Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤDesign, build, and extend Reth-based execution clients for Conduit and our customers đź“ŤContribute meaningfully to the Reth codebase and ecosystem (PRs, SDKs, libraries). đź“ŤOwn customization projects to adapt Reth for different customer use cases, including integrations with our internal coud infrastructure and other execution-layer tooling. đź“ŤBuild production-grade developer tooling for teams deploying and operating Reth-based infrastructure. đź“ŤDebug and optimize performance, memory, and networking issues in Rust-based distributed systems. đź“ŤCollaborate closely with backend engineers to align on architecture, APIs, and long-term strategy. đź“ŤParticipate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Qualifications
Must Have: 📍3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience. 📍Strong proficiency in Rust and a track record of shipping production systems. 📍Demonstrated contributions to Reth (meaningful PRs, SDK integrations, or related libraries). 📍Strong understanding of Ethereum execution layer internals (EVM, nodes, debuggers, tracers). 📍Ability to work independently and own end-to-end projects.
