Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šConduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial health of distressed companies. šAssist in the development and execution of restructuring plans, including debt restructuring, asset sales, and operational turnarounds. šPrepare comprehensive presentations and reports for clients, including financial projections, valuation analyses, and strategic recommendations. šSupport senior bankers in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction execution. šConduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the restructuring and special situations space. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operational experts, to deliver integrated solutions to clients. šMonitor and analyze market developments, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics that may impact clients and transactions.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, or a related field. šStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. šProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. šStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. šDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
