Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLeadership & Team Development šBuild, lead, and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on managing high-value customers of the Main App. šEstablish best practices, processes, and KPIs to ensure exceptional account management and client service. šProvide coaching and mentorship to Account Managers, equipping them with the skills, strategies, and information needed to enhance client relationships.
Requirements
š8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship management, preferably in crypto, sports betting/iGaming, trading, fintech, or financial services. šProven experience building and leading high-performing teams, with a strong ability to hire, coach, and develop talent. šExceptional customer relationship management skills, with a track record of managing high-net-worth clients. šStrong analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive strategy and performance improvements.
