Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Test Planning & Execution: Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to understand business requirements and create comprehensive test cases to ensure high-quality features. 📍Manual Testing: Thoroughly test new and existing features to identify and address bugs before customer release. 📍Documentation & Reporting: Record test results, document defects, and create detailed reports for the development team. 📍User Experience Testing: Participate in user experience sessions to provide feedback on product usability. 📍Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to support the creation of unit tests and integration into build cycles. 📍Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing testing processes and implementing efficiencies. 📍Learning & Development: Engage in ongoing training to grow your quality control and product testing skills.
What We Look For
📍Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 📍3+ years of experience in software testing, quality control, or related field 📍Strong attention to detail 📍Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies 📍Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 📍Eagerness to learn and grow within the role and the company
