WHAT YOU WILL DO: Be responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including a definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting, training and education on QA processes and tools; Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams; Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools; Help define, improve, and implement test processes and tools; Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports. Provide continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dash-boarding and QA; Lead, mentor, and coach junior staff – be that “Go to Person”.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: 3-5 years of experience within the Quality Assurance specialty; 1-2 years of QA Management Experience; Software Development background strongly preferred; Strong Software Testing and Management knowledge; Expertise in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools is a must; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail.

SALARY: 4500-5800 €/month before taxes.
