What you’ll do:

📍Work closely with engineers on our EVM Safety team to ideate, scope and deliver platforms and tools for secure smart contract deployment 📍Go deep on highly technical products (e.g., OP Contracts Manager) and manage their roll out, monitoring and success strategies 📍Conduct user research with protocol developers, the Optimism Security Council, and other security stakeholders to understand security and usability needs

What we’re looking for:

📍4+ years of product management experience 📍Proven track record of working on products in adversarial or security-critical environments 📍Deep strategic thinking coupled with clear, pithy writing 📍Hands-on experience with technical products – previous experience as software engineer is excellent but not required 📍Prior experience with the EVM is nice-to-have but required as long as you are keen to learn new things and can ramp up quickly
