Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Help the Squad Leads (Product Owner and Tech Lead) to plan, keep track, and follow implementation of the tasks, until the completion of the Feature. 📍Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. 📍Help define Squad capacity needs, allocate resources. 📍Support and direct team, monitoring and report on project progress. 📍Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. 📍Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
REQUIREMENTS
📍Excellent communication skills. 📍Problem-solving and leadership skills. 📍Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills. 📍Proficiency in project management software tools. 📍Conflict resolution experience. 📍Experience with UGC games like Roblox, Minecraft, Core Games (Nice to have). 📍UX/Programming/Game development background (Nice to have).
