Job Summary
Key Responsibilities of the role
šCoordinating with multiple teams and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects šManaging risks, issues, dependencies and escalating where necessary šDeveloping detailed project plans to monitor and track progress using appropriate project management tools and techniques šTracking project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals šKey Stakeholder management including clear communication about objectives, timelines and risks / issues to project teams and wider stakeholder group šManaging changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques šReport and help unblock resource contentions šReporting and escalating to management as needed \
Your experience, skills and knowledge
šPrior professional experience working with Product Managers to help with product delivery and client requests šProven project management experience working with cross functional teams šSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills šExperience with using project management software tools / collaboration tools šOutstanding stakeholder management including C-suite šExceptional problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box PRINCE2 certification
