Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šProject Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed within the defined scope, time, and budget. šStakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. šTeam Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful project outcomes. Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across all project teams. šRisk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. šQuality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. šDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure that all project records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
šMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors. šProven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. šFoundational understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem. šExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. šStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. šPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
