📍Develop compelling narratives around our product value and publish exceptional content for our institutional portfolio. 📍Work with our Head of Marketing to create and execute a full-funnel strategy for Web3 intermediaries, guiding them from education to advocacy. 📍Identify target customer personas and tailor marketing campaigns to their specific needs while setting ambitious goals aligned with P2P's vision. 📍Craft messaging, positioning, and branding strategies that resonate with institutional clients and crypto-native audiences. 📍Plan and oversee new feature launches while highlighting P2P's unique value proposition. 📍Maintain awareness of competitive landscapes and emerging Web3 trends, using on-chain analytics and industry developments to optimize campaign effectiveness. 📍Take ownership of marketing-generated lead, opportunity, and revenue goals for your vertical. 📍Build strategic relationships with Web3 communities, blockchain projects, and ecosystem partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that expand P2P's reach. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and business units, to amplify our brand and drive demand among institutional clients.

You have 🤓

📍A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing within a B2B tech environment. 📍Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, and blockchain is a must. 📍Outstanding project management abilities, combined with a proactive approach to executing tasks. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 📍A data-driven mindset, with the ability to retrieve insights from metrics and analytics. 📍Collaborative spirit, with a knack for fostering alignment across diverse teams. 📍Fluent English
