Polygon Labs engages with other ecosystem developers to help make available scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. Polygon Labs has initially developed a growing suite of protocols for developers to gain easy access to major scaling solutions, including layer 2s (zero-knowledge rollups and optimistic rollups), sidechains, hybrid chains, app-specific chains, enterprise chains, and data availability protocols. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šLead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Polygon Labsā Payments and RWA products, aligning messaging with business goals and technical capabilities. šOwn product marketing for all relevant product launches, ensuring narratives are technically accurate, strategically aligned, and brand consistent. šTranslate complex product and engineering updates into clear, compelling messaging across multiple audience types, including developers, enterprises, and institutions. šConduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning and refine messaging based on user insights. šCollaborate closely with Growth and Comms teams to build support materials including case studies, technical explainers, and ecosystem storytelling assets. šBe the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing, ensuring cohesion in how we represent and evolve the technical identity of Polygon Labs in payments and RWA.
What Youāll Need
š3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on web3, blockchain, or enterprise payments technologies. šDemonstrated ability to translate technical product features into strategic narratives tailored to varied audiences. šStrong understanding of the Payments and Real World Assets (RWA) landscape, especially in decentralized finance or blockchain infrastructure. šProven track record of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical topics.
