Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Spot and Derivatives trading products, focusing on building and refining customer personas, creating compelling messaging and positioning, and initiating growth through targeted content, promotions, and partnerships. 📍Forge strong relationships with counterparts in the product team to define customer segments and develop unique value propositions for new products and features. 📍Coordinate GTM efforts with the Local Marketing, Growth, PR, Community, Content, and Social Media teams to foster a unified and coherent brand message across all platforms. 📍Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and customer needs. Leverage this data to craft compelling and informed marketing strategies for core trading products, including Spot and Derivatives 📍Monitor and evaluate the performance of core trading product GTMs and campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. Based on the insights gathered, make necessary adjustments to optimize the messaging, positioning, and campaigns 📍Champion the voice of the customer and work to cultivate, distill, and prioritize key customer and market insights to influence and shape the Core Trading product roadmap.
What We Look For In You
📍7+ years of professional experience as a digital marketer, product marketer, or similar function with a demonstrated history of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for tech products 📍Experience in equities/forex/cryptocurrency trading with an understanding of crypto markets and blockchain technologies. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges with a bias for action and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. 📍A history of leveraging market research to uncover consumer needs and capitalize on market opportunities, using data-backed insights to inform strategy. 📍Proficiency in utilizing various tools and platforms to reach and engage target audiences. This includes experience with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising. 📍Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
