Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šProduct Strategy & Vision: šDefine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our games and betting/social casino products. šConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market. šCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. šProduct Development: šWork closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products. šEnsure effective game balance, making adjustments as needed to enhance gameplay and player experience. šTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. šPrioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and user impact. šDemonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multitasking, and startup-like environment. šUser Experience & Engagement: šDevelop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization. šAnalyze user feedback and behavior data to continuously improve the product. šEnsure a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all platforms. šPerformance Tracking & Reporting: šDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. šRegularly track, analyze, and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. šPresent insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
šProven 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the mobile games and/or betting/social casino industries. šStrong understanding of game design, game balance, user engagement, and monetization strategies. šDemonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
