Responsibilities:
📍Work end-to-end design projects, collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements. 📍Gather user feedback, advocate for our users, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions. 📍Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas. 📍Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. 📍Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across all products and platforms. 📍Iterate on designs based on user feedback, business needs, and data analysis. 📍Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance throughout the development process. 📍Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience. 📍Build and maintain our design system.
Who you are:
📍Proven experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role in designing complex web and mobile applications 📍Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail. 📍Proficiency in Figma 📍Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. 📍Excellent communication skills 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, asynchronous and agile environment 📍You are a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively 📍Experience in designing for Trading/DeFi/CEX/Crypto/Fintech products 📍Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi) 📍A crypto user
