📍Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications (staking widgets) 📍Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability 📍Optimize the user experience by addressing accessibility, navigation, and interaction flows 📍Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions 📍Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input 📍Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products 📍Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points 📍Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies 📍Drive all design process phases from research and ideation to design and testing

You have 🤓

📍5+ years of experience in B2B products, fintech or blockchain environment preferred 📍Strong portfolio showcasing your work in complex tech environments 📍Proficiency in design tools such as Figma; experience with prototyping and collaboration tools like Principle or Miro is also a plus 📍Experience with creating and maintaining design systems 📍Solid understanding of Web3 principles, dApp architecture, smart contracts, crypto wallets, tokenomics, and blockchain principles: you don’t need to be a developer, but understanding how Web3 products work is crucial 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively 📍Ability to work with complex user experience challenges in a new and emerging space. You should be able to work with uncertainty and think creatively about how to improve the user journey.
