Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Own the design processes end-to-end for new products and features in close collaboration with product managers 📍Build and maintain a future-proof design system for Kiln products 📍Maintain design file integrity and ensure alignment with production applications 📍Work independently and collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams on experiences, campaigns, graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments 📍Create UI mockups and click-through demos with the Product Team 📍Assist the marketing team with new product launches, technical reports, infographics, marketing campaigns and event designs (see example) 📍Champion design excellence, elevate our design standards, and inspire a culture of exceptional, user-centric design across Kiln
Requirements
📍3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, creating and shipping digital products for web and mobile 📍Strong portfolio demonstrating your identity, expertise, and work process 📍Expertise in Figma, PowerPoint/Keynote, Illustrator, and image editing software such as Photoshop 📍Share 1 Figma file showcasing your expertise in building design systems 📍Experience with design systems and component libraries 📍Experience with prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions 📍Experience conducting user research and usability testing
