What you will do: (Role & responsibilities)

📍Conduct user research/usability testing to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of our target audience to inform design decisions. 📍Analyse data and gather insights to shape intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. 📍Create and develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate their functionality and allowing for iterative testing and refinement. 📍Define and document design components and patterns for consistent and scalable application across different platforms using Figma. 📍Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that design decisions are rooted in user needs and business objectives. 📍Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and creative design culture. 📍Utilise best practices in UX design, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

What you will bring: (our expectations for the role)

📍A minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on interaction and UX design 📍An extensive portfolio demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful and user-centered designs 📍Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD 📍Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies 📍Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale
