Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Execute the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with our product vision and goals 📍Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs 📍Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes for user testing and feedback 📍Conduct user research and usability testing to refine features and improve the overall user experience 📍Design visually appealing, on-brand graphics and interfaces optimized for Telegram’s unique platform constraints 📍Maintain a consistent design language across the app and ensure brand alignment across all visual assets 📍Contribute to the design culture at Blum, bringing insights, new tools, and best practices to the team
Requirements
📍Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within web3/crypto industry 📍Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes 📍Experience with interactive prototyping and wireframing tools 📍Solid understanding of UX principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and functional interfaces 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 📍Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams 📍Fluency in English (written and spoken)
