You Have
š15+ years of experience in design management both leading and building product design teams of between 5-15 people. šExtensive experience working on teams that build own core experience with customers or zero to one projects šDemonstrated impact on product strategy and user experience in previous roles, preferably within tech or financial services. šA portfolio showcasing experiences you've designed for varying platforms and devices (iOS, Android, Responsive Web, etc) šEncourage innovative approaches to design techniques, enabling the design team to embrace different angles to a design problem. šOutstanding UX capabilities and strong visual design competency, including visual, UI/UX, and systems-design.
