Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Own the overall UI visual quality and consistency across all digital products (App + Web). 📍Deliver high-fidelity, polished interfaces aligned with design direction. 📍Apply and maintain the existing design system for consistency. 📍Collaborate with product, engineering, and other designers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements:
📍4–6 years of product design experience. 📍Experience with complex products (finance, e-commerce, tools, etc.). 📍Strong visual design skills with a refined sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. 📍Crypto exchange experience is a plus 📍Senior UX Designer

📍Lead the experience strategy and design direction across digital products (App + Web). 📍Analyze user journeys to identify and improve key touchpoints. 📍Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure delivery. 📍Balance business objectives with user experience, ensuring consistency and refinement. 📍Monitor industry trends and competitor experiences, and propose actionable improvements.
Requirements:
📍6–8 years of product/UX design experience. 📍Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with cross-functional teams. 📍Proven experience in cross-team collaboration and driving project delivery. 📍Experience with trading or finance-related products is a plus.
