The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, “Decentralized Exchange”) on Ethereum. The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Provide full product life-cycle counseling across Uniswap products in collaboration with lead product counsel 📍Track regulatory developments and conduct legal research on current rules and regulations 📍Develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks, including compliance policies and procedures 📍Support lead product counsel in advising the business and marketing teams on laws and regulations as they apply to crypto both domestically and internationally 📍Collaborate collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team
Requirements:
📍5+ years of law firm or in-house experience 📍JD degree (or foreign equivalent) with good standing in at least one US state bar 📍Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; establishes and maintains strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders 📍Highly organized and proactive; capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
