Job Summary
What you will do
📍Product Compliance: 📍Be embedded with Product and Engineering to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated from product ideation through launch and ongoing management. 📍Serve as the primary compliance liaison for Product, Engineering and Design teams you’re aligned with, facilitating their work. 📍Consolidate compliance requirements from various stakeholders 📍Highlight potential areas of disconnect or opportunity between compliance requirements and business priorities. 📍Identify, escalate and facilitate conversations between compliance stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and consolidated requirements. 📍Maintain a compliance playbook that centralizes regulatory requirements, documentation needs, checklists, approval workflows for all new products or enhancements.
About You
📍5-7 years of experience in compliance. 📍 Professional experience in cryptocurrency required. 📍Proven ability to collaborate with others, both internally and externally. 📍Knowledge of global regulatory agencies and regulations. 📍Experience with risk and compliance requirements in various global jurisdictions. 📍Strong analytical thinker with the ability to identify and assess risks. 📍Excellent problem-solver with the ability to develop and implement solutions.
