Job Summary
Key Responsibilities of the role
đź“ŤOwn the roadmap and support Senior Managers in defining our product direction, priorities and provide end-to-end compliance control coverage for business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards. đź“ŤManage and maintain product and development boards, ensuring the development process is running according to our policies and procedures. đź“ŤCollaborate cross-functionally with compliance, legal, risk, engineering and cross-functional teams and align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision. đź“ŤIdentify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associate with products. Develop and execute risk management strategies to protect the company and clients. đź“ŤContinual market and industry research to ensure that we are building the best in class products and supporting the business with their challenges. đź“ŤExceptional understanding of Copper Products with the ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders throughout the business.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
đź“ŤPrevious experience working within a Product leadership role. đź“ŤPrevious experience in a compliance role within financial services industry; e.g. AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and counter-terrorist financing đź“ŤSolid knowledge about product development life cycle and experience involved at various stages including requirement review, UI/UX design, test case review, production support. đź“ŤKnowledge of blockchain technology coupled with keen interest in latest developments in digital asset/crypto ecosystem. đź“ŤExperience with relevant tools, obsession with simple, efficient and straightforward processes. đź“ŤComfortable making your own decisions and taking on significant responsibility, but do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and doing the day-to-day Product work as and when the hyper-growth environment requires you to do so.
