Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Create blog content (and potentially other types of marketing content) that appeals to: 📍Finance and accounting leaders, including controllers, AP managers, and CFOs—covering topics like invoice automation, PO processes, spend visibility, and approval workflows 📍Procurement and operations professionals, focusing on supplier management, purchasing workflows, compliance, and centralized procurement systems 📍Mid-market and enterprise buyers, helping them evaluate B2B finance tools, navigate implementation decisions, and connect modern software to measurable ROI 📍Translating complex procurement and finance software topics (e.g., three-way matching, AP automation, invoice reconciliation, indirect spend controls) into engaging, accessible content 📍Staying up to date on trends in procurement tech, AP automation, and finance operations 📍Use the company's brand voice and messaging for written pieces 📍QA content for factual accuracy, readability, and compliance with editorial guidelines 📍Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards 📍Manage complex information and multiple projects within content specifications and budget restrictions
Job Qualifications and Technical Skill Sets:
📍2+ years of experience writing about B2B finance or procurement software (e.g., tools like Order.co, Tipalti, Coupa, BILL, etc.). 📍A strong understanding of how modern accounting and procurement teams work—especially AP processes, invoice management, and budgeting workflows. 📍Experience writing for both technical (finance pros) and non-technical (ops or procurement leads) audiences. 📍Ability to independently research and simplify technical topics like approval routing, vendor consolidation, or invoice reconciliation.
