Job Summary
How you will make an impact
šLead the design and architecture of Solana smart contracts, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. šCollaborate with Product to refine specifications and drive feasibility discussions. šEnsure security and audit readiness, implementing best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities. šOptimize smart contract performance, reducing compute unit costs and enhancing execution speed. šWork closely with backend and data engineering teams to integrate blockchain data into a full-stack solution. šDrive technical strategy, establishing best practices for Solana development. šMentor and support other engineers in smart contract development, raising the technical bar and fostering a culture of best practices.
What you bring to the team
š5+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in Rust and Solana smart contracts. šProven ability to design and deploy production-grade Solana programs. šExperience influencing architectural decisions across multiple teams. šStrong understanding of security best practices, audits, and risk mitigation for smart contracts. šExperience working with backend and data engineering teams to deliver comprehensive blockchain solutions. šTrack record of leading zero-to-one blockchain product development. šExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a product-driven mindset.
