Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤDesign and implement robust data pipelines to support our product initiatives. This includes extracting, transforming, and loading ETL data from various sources. đź“ŤAutomate data workflows and integrate machine learning models to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. đź“ŤManage and optimize our AWS-hosted services to ensure high availability and performance. đź“ŤCollaborate with the CTO to enhance data architecture, server functionality, and oversee technical resource allocation. đź“ŤInnovation Advocacy: Stay abreast of the latest developments in DeFi, and emerging trends to drive innovation within our data practices.
What We’re Looking For
📍Must be based in Montreal, Canada 📍Startup readiness—flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic. This isn’t a 9-to-5 job; it’s a chance to build something impactful. 📍Technical Expertise: 10+ years as a full stack developer with strong proficiency in TypeScript or Python, testing frameworks (Jest or PyTest), and excellent SQL skills. 📍Proven experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. 📍Experience with Apache Kafka or Airflow is highly desirable. 📍Leadership Qualities: Strong communication and mentoring skills, with experience leading projects and guiding junior engineers.
