Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šDefine the vision for the frontend platform infrastructure that powers our developer platform, UI components, and APIs, and guide the team in executing against that vision šDesign, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable frontend infrastructure, component libraries, and client-side services šLead system design discussions, stand-up meetings, and code reviews focused on frontend architecture and performance šDevelop and enforce best practices for frontend infrastructure, emphasizing high performance, accessibility, and iteration speed šCollaborate with backend engineers, technical leaders, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions šOptimize frontend build pipelines, rendering performance, and client-side resource management for global scale šDrive adoption of modern frontend tooling, frameworks, and practices to enhance developer experience and user satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
š10+ years of relevant industry experience in frontend or full-stack development šBS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent šExperience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining core frontend software components (experience with developer platforms or component libraries a plus) šAbility to solve complex design, performance, accessibility, or scalability challenges in high-throughput, low-latency frontend systems šProficiency in React (and preferable proficiency in cross-platform client development) šProficiency in building scalable frontend infrastructure, including module federation, micro-frontends, or design systems
