Job Summary
What you’ll work on
📍Own and evolve the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Circle’s digital assets and capital markets platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements. 📍Lead highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, data, and external partners, driving clarity and execution in ambiguous environments. 📍Translate the needs of global digital asset liquidity providers, institutional counterparties, and internal stakeholders into durable platform capabilities, product themes, and prioritized investment areas. 📍Identify systemic risks across digital asset markets, capital access, and on-chain/off-chain operations, and proactively design mitigation strategies supported by data, tooling, and operational processes. 📍Partner closely with data science and analytics to define forecasting, modeling, and decision-support systems for digital asset flows, liquidity optimization, and capital efficiency. 📍Influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear narratives, tradeoff framing, and outcome-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. 📍Mentor and coach other product managers, raising the overall quality of product thinking, execution, and customer focus across the organization
What you’ll bring to Circle
📍8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, revenue-generating platforms or products in digital assets, financial services, or similarly regulated domains. 📍Proven experience defining and owning product strategy for highly complex, multi-stakeholder digital asset or financial infrastructure products operating at global scale. 📍Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-company initiatives and influence without authority across engineering, compliance, treasury, and executive leadership. 📍Strong track record of identifying, prioritizing, and managing product, operational, and market risks in regulated environments.
