Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. 📍FullStack Development: Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications. 📍Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. 📍Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability. 📍Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices. 📍Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. 📍Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. 📍Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. 📍Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
📍Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 📍Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using the MERN stack.
