Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤLead scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of crypto-market volatility, trading volumes, pricing, and regulatory shifts. đź“ŤBuild and maintain product- and region-level P&Ls across Spot, Derivatives, Custody, and Card businesses. đź“ŤDesign and implement expense allocation models for shared resources to ensure transparency and accountability. đź“ŤPartner with Product and Strategy leads to identify and quantify opportunities for margin expansion and efficiency. đź“ŤTranslate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executives and the Board. đź“ŤSupport the development of tools and automation to scale forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required. 📍8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or finance roles within crypto, fintech, or financial markets. 📍Expert financial modeler with strong business judgment and analytical rigor. 📍Direct experience using financial systems, ideally with NetSuite.
