Job Summary
Responsibilities will include:
šWork directly with the CTO and be a key-decision maker and contributor to our technical vision and strategy š Lead the architecture and design of the most critical systems and features šProvide technical expertise and guidance to the entire organization šIdentify and solve for critical system failures and deficiencies šCollaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals šDrive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and approaches
Who you are:
šMastery with Python or TypeScript, comfortable picking up any language šProven expertise in designing and building large-scale, high-performance systems šDeep knowledge of distributed systems, and cryptographic principles šExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization šProven ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals šDeep understanding and experience with blockchain technology and distributed systems šA passion for technology and a track record of driving innovation
