šAnalyse EU call requirements. šAnalyze tendering documentation to comprehend project requirements and constraints. šBid analysis according to RFI, RFQ, RFPs or Tendersā technical and financial requirements. šDrafting of specific sections of proposals meeting fully the EU call requirements. šCreate compelling pre-sales materials such as CVs, presentations, and introductory documents to highlight organizational expertise, capabilities, and references. šActively engage in internal and external brainstorming sessions to foster innovative proposal ideas. šParticipate in coordination meetings with partner companies to ensure cohesive collaboration.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position? šBachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. šMinimum 3 years of work experience within IT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales engineering role. šProven experience in technical writing. šAdvanced understanding of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and emerging technologies. šKnowledge of project management and software development methodologies. šDemonstrated ability to manage tasks and issues, meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and proactively address challenges. šStrong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations. Proven track record of successfully managing EU public sector tenders will be considered as an asset
