Responsibilities:

📍⁠ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). 📍Analyze project requirements and constraints to create realistic timelines and identify critical path activities. 📍Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and milestones. 📍Identify potential risks and delays and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery. 📍Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts. 📍Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders. 📍Participate in project meetings to provide updates on schedule status and address any scheduling issues. 📍Continuously review and improve planning processes to optimize project performance and efficiency.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. 📍Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry. 📍Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex scheduling problems. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. 📍Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in scheduling. 📍Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 📍Knowledge of project management principles and practices. 📍Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
