Duties and Responsibilities:

📍Reconciliation & Control 📍Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks between exchanges, wallets, clients, banks, and accounting systems in a timely and accurate manner. 📍Work closely with Dealers, Operations and Finance teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. 📍Risk Management 📍Manage risk processes including limit monitoring, margin requirements, margin calls, and exposure analysis. 📍Ensure adherence to internal risk policies and external regulatory standards. 📍Regulatory Reporting & Compliance 📍Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with EMIR, CFTC/SDR, ISDA, and other applicable regulations. 📍Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Skills and experience:

📍Previous experience from a similar role within Middle Office and/or Operations department at a financial institution. 📍Strong understanding of financial instruments, trade flows and settlement processes. 📍Knowledge of best practices in trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. 📍Continuous improvement mindset. 📍Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. 📍Experience with-/understanding of crypto products and markets would be an advantage.
