Job Summary
Essential Functions:
šManage the intake process to evaluate incoming project requests for the applications you support by performing requirement elaboration, estimation and technical assessment. šMaintain a product backlog, facilitate backlog grooming and drive prioritization. šUnderstand User Experience, design thinking and its importance to product features and apply it to the user stories for user interface and components. šDeeply understand the needs of the business in utilizing critical infrastructure šWork with CyberSecurity, Digital Enablement and Technology Support teams to define products scope and prioritization and be flexible to iterate/change per latest developments to meet deadlines. šCollaborate with the Corporate Network team to oversee the engineering roadmap and infrastructure requests for VPN, Wired, and šWireless LAN, ensuring robust and secure connectivity across the organization. šPartner with the Client Engineering team to manage endpoint roadmaps, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Windows Auto Pilot, JAMF Cloud, and JAMF Protect, while effectively handling technical security requirements for desktop OS and commonly used browsers. šWork with the Cloud Engineering team to drive the cloud solutions roadmap, covering the Microsoft 365 environment and services like Office 365 Hybrid Infrastructure and Microsoft Purview, with a focus on data protection, governance solutions, and cloud application tooling. šBreak down product requirements into clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets
Preferred Qualifications:
š10-12 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree or 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters). šStrong product management and business transformation experience in deploying IT hardware and software. šexperience building roadmaps and custom applications as a product manager. šFunctional knowledge of Cloud and On Prem operating environments, inclusive of dependent services required such as Networking infrastructure and MAC OS and Windows OS . šExperience with data query and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI
