Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Create high-quality motion and animation assets for campaigns, educational explainers, product demos, livestreams, and social media content. 📍Develop animated logos, transitions, and brand motion that reinforce Monad’s visual identity. 📍Design and animate event collateral, including graphics for conferences, hackathons, and community activations. 📍Translate static design systems into polished, expressive animation with strong attention to timing, rhythm, and composition. 📍Collaborate with the Design and Content Teams to ensure all motion aligns with Monad’s brand and creative direction. 📍Contribute during early concept and storyboarding phases to help shape how ideas move. 📍Build and maintain motion libraries and reusable assets for consistency and scalability. 📍Stay current on trends and techniques in animation, design, and technology to bring fresh thinking to the team.
