Job Summary
Essential Responsibilities:
šIdentify issues and recommend best practices for content creation and management within the team. šUnderstand merchant needs, strategic goals, and business objectives šCollaborate with team members to develop compelling narratives and visual assets that engage audiences. šMonitor and evaluate the performance of content initiatives and suggest necessary adjustments. šStay informed about industry trends to ensure content strategies remain relevant and effective. šCollaborate with subject matter experts and maintain regular communication with internal teams šWork with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Minimum Qualifications:
šMinimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
šWhat You Need to Succeed: šContent marketing, customer marketing, or editorial experience in a B2B, SaaS, or payments environment. šExceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate customer value into persuasive, human-centered content. šStrong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally in a global or matrixed organization. šProficiency in managing content workflows, editorial calendars, and agency/vendor relationships. šFamiliarity with CMS platforms, sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and analytics dashboards is a plus. šPassion for empowering sales and creating content that delivers business impact.
