Job Summary

The opportunity

📍Program & project management for Global Growth go-to-market initiatives & campaigns for sub functions; organic, performance, affiliate, lifecycle 📍Execution planning & production - including entry and management of executions & marketing activities in Airtable 📍Project manage web projects, experiments, SEO & ASO in partnership with Organic lead 📍Project manage Marketing wide weekly and monthly reports 📍Collaborate and manage relationships with media & affiliate vendors 📍Collaborate and manage internal relationships with brand design & copywriting - submitting design briefs and managing stakeholders for feedback/approval 📍Traffick assets for approvals with compliance, legal & other required stakeholders for all campaigns & executions 📍Partner with localization and translation agencies/internal partners as needed 📍Measurement set up and tracking with growth, analytics & data partners 📍NDA, contract, invoice & expense management for sub functions 📍Drive and track functional progress against milestones (OKRs & Strategic Planning checkpoints) 📍Ongoing process optimization

Skills You Should HODL

📍7+ years of previous experience in operations, planning and strategy in product marketing and or digital marketing 📍Experience working at a premium brand, matrixed organization and/or creative agency 📍Concise speaker, storyteller, and writer: ability to slice, dice, and distill a narrative from a complex data set into an executive summary 📍Experience building & leading sophisticated, matrixed teams that are distributed globally 📍Experience managing go-to-marketing campaign and executions across digital channels
