Job Summary
What you will do:
šCoordinate all Turkish-based communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle. šRecommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate. šEnhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Turkish market. šCollaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when. šWork closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets. šBe responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base. šMonitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
